Farming Panel

After accepting the creature's deal in the Butter Panel, you use 2 gold bars to purchase a Small Farm to grow Peanut Plant.

When harvesting 420 Peanut Plants, a visitor will ask you to visit a marketplace, which unlocks the Market Panel.
