Blancher

Blancher is an equipment in the Machine Panel. It takes roasted Unshelled Peanut and removes its red skin by friction rollers where it is sucked through air fan. At the bottom, the blanched white peanut is obtained.

It takes 100 Unshelled Peanuts to produce 100 Blanched Peanuts in 6 seconds.
